We are able to prepare Schedules of Condition for clients who
are leasing premises and wish to protect their interest by recording
the condition of the property at the date of entry so as not to be
held responsible for defects present prior to taking occupation.
Schedules of condition can also be prepared where properties are
located adjacent to buildings that are to be demolished or subject
to major redevelopment work. In these circumstances the purpose is
to accurately record the condition of the building fabric before the
works commence so as any damage sustained during the demolition
process/redevelopment can be readily identified.
Photographic records are normally incorporated into the documents
to supplement the text.
