Schedules of Dilapidations

To assist Landlords maintain their assets, we can prepare schedules of dilapidations which detail items of disrepair for which a tenant is responsible under the terms of their lease. Schedules can be prepared at any time during a lease or immediately prior to its expiry.

We are also able to advise landlords in relation to cash settlements with outgoing tenants and negotiate realistic payments in lieu of outstanding repairs.
