Maintenance Report

We can prepare appraisals to advise on the condition of the building fabric, which focus on formulating a planned maintenance strategy. Repairs and defects can be classified according to priority i.e. Health and Safety, wind and watertight or cosmetic repairs.

Costing information can be included in the report, to assist clients (particularly those with large property portfolios), in preparing maintenance programmes and allocating budgets for future repairs.
