We can undertake detailed surveys of buildings and produce comprehensive reports advising on the condition of the building fabric, defects and remedies. If appropriate, the report may identify the need for further investigations by services specialists, consultant engineers or timber specialists.

This type of report is normally instructed by individuals, companies or their lending institutions prior to purchasing a property. Building surveys are also instructed by clients who wish to assess the condition of their property assets prior to marketing whether for outright sale or for leasehold purposes.

We are also able to procure valuation advice on behalf of clients if specifically requested.
